Parent Coaching Services
We offer 1:1 parent coaching services.
Our coaching takes place virtually, so you can participate from the comfort of home. At our initial consultation, we will take time to listen to your current challenges and concerns, answer your questions and explain our approach to parent coaching. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you, helping you navigate the often bumpy road and rediscover the joy in parenting.

No, sessions are for the parent/s only.

We suggest one meeting per week, but we will work with your schedule and needs to meet at a frequency that makes sense for your situation.

Yes, we welcome both parents or parent-figures in the home to join our sessions.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM
PARENT COACHING?
A parent who is beginning to recognize that generational patterns and habits are getting in the way of having a strong and healthy relationship with their child. This parent wishes to learn new parenting strategies and techniques, while also exploring how their own upbringing is informing their parenting.
A parent going through a separation/divorce looking for help in supporting their child through this process, and co parenting in a way that provides stability for their child.
A parent struggling with managing sibling issues (birth of new baby, or normal day to day issues between siblings)
Parents struggling with certain behavioral issues with child (ex: preschooler who is acting out at home or school or both, or a tween spending too much time on phone and parent has a hard time setting limits)
Sleep concerns with toddlers/preschoolers often related to separation anxiety and or other fears that often come up at night.
Parents who want to explore their own history and upbringing and how that has an impact on how they react and connect to their child.
